He gave me a menu of things they could do, and I basically said I'm looking for something different. My idea was to have a Carribbean style dinner, and he tailored a very specific, personalized menu just for us. Dishes that were never on the menu, recipes he'd never made before... and everything we tasted at the testing was wonderful! The reception and the food were very elegant. I can't tell you how many compliments I had on the wedding when we got back from the honeymoon. It was perfect for us, because on my wedding day, we got to ride into the sunset."
